An update from my side. The Installer was here today and he said that since my pump is a few feet higher than the pool, we need a check valve to prevent any air gaps from forming in the system. I hope this will solve the issue.

Hi, My pool has the Microbrite LED lights connected to a simple on/off switch on a basic intermatic controller. See photo below. The white switch currently controls the light. Is there a cost effective way I can automate the switch to turn on the lights at night.
