Anyone uding cheap knee high pantyhose in their skimmers. I have a in walll Hayward and wondering how you keep the hose secure around the filter.

Made new horizontal beams today. Better than intex. Use fence rail as it is painted and cheap. Patched my little leak. I am hesitant to buy another as my liner is all cut perfectly for additions.

Does anyone know what the thickness of the standard intex pipe is. I'm thinking of picking up some 15/8 fence rail, drilling two holes, and painting with white rust paint...

Pool drops about 2 inches a day, the leak is from an areas where the floor seals to the wall vinyl. It is visibly lifted in one areas. Am going to drain pool to fix this. Should I patch it, or just use vinyl cement inside the seam and stick it back together... With the seam ridges not sure...

Three ends are bad on a 15 foot Intex metal frame pool. This winter I grinded the rust off lightly and repainted with rust white paint. I think taking the rust off weakend them significantly.

We ran an iron pipe from main propane tank, above ground to pool. In winter, I bring the heater inside. We cap the propane line, and shut it off by main tank.
