I've been holding out for Menards sale as they usually run a BOGO on 12.5%, but I'm losing hope that they'll run that sale this year because of the recent shortages.

Menard's is having their BOGO sale again. Normally 1 gallon of 12.5% for 3.99 so pretty much $2 a gallon...time to buy enough to get us through the rest of the season!

Does anyone have a PAL light (ours is a TREO I think)with a PCR8A Commander box? Since we opened the pool a few weeks ago the light will not change colors. When I hold the + on the remote I can hear something in the box clicking and the light will blink like it wants to switch colors but...

Last night I stuck my hand in skimmer in the dark to change the hair net. Instead of grabbing thermometer I grabbed a dead toad! Never will I reach into skimmer in the dark again!

Thank you all for your input. We are going to address their inaccurate justification and request to be grandfathered in. We will definitely keep all of our documents in order in case we need them. I'm just really hoping that we won't.

They have not asked us to do anything yet. Yet, is the key word there. And no, their justification for allowing above ground pools is not clear...as it is misstated that privacy fences are already required....which they are not. Only fences are required.

We have not found anything, although we are going over it with a fine tooth comb. I just don't understand how they could make us tear down a fence that met requirements 2 years ago but suddenly don't because they want to change the rules. Rules that apparently they don't even know since...

We have a split rail fence that currently meets all standards for private pools. Fencing was part of the inspection before the county would sign off on our building permit and he was a stickler too so we know it meets our states standards.
