Two week old white plaster job. Thoughts?

@kimkats are you thinking this will improve with continued daily brushings? Today is technically the last day that I need to brush 2-3 times a day.

Two week old white plaster job. Thoughts?

Here's a couple of pictures. I followed the new plaster directions given by my pool builder. One caveat is he didn't bring me my pool brush until 3 days after the pool was filled with water. The water fill took about 48 hours so today is day 9 of multiple daily brushings. I'm hoping the pictures...

    Skimmer Diverter Upside Down?

@Jimrahbe Thanks. The pool startup lady finally came by on Saturday. She doesn't know why the other guys put the diverter upside down. Equipment is up and running except for the heater and SWCG. Now I have to battle plaster issues. Thanks for the info on this question.

    Skimmer Diverter Upside Down?

Jim My skimmer is a Pentair Sta-Rite U3. I went fishing for the owner's manual in one of the empty boxes outside. My pool builder hasn't been as after-the-sale customer oriented as I would've liked so there wasn't him either telling what needs to be done or at the least throwing the manuals at...

    Skimmer Diverter Upside Down?

Move from HERE. @Texas Splash I'm nearing the end of my pool build so this is great information you provided @etuser. Any reason why my pool builder would put the skimmer diverter upside-down? My plaster was done this passed Monday and it took nearly 48 hours to fill my pool. His minions came...

Is this normal for 2 week old concrete coping?

One of the guys from the crew came back the very next day after the pour and cut those slits. I was a little surprised because I had grown accustomed to not seeing anyone the very next day after a big job like spraying the gunite shell or in this case, pouring the concrete decking/coping.
