    There's 5% of other - and they do have blue specks in them. OK - thanks. Next question: Jacks #2 to treat? Anything to do to stop impact w/ tabs I have (metal treatment) until I get done with them?

    No copper products that I'm aware of - liquid bleach, tabs with algae control. No heater.

    Attached is an image of the stains in my pool. Tried the Jack's Magic ID kit, and it really didn't help identify it for me -- parameters were right but deep end, in nylons, didn't dissolve correctly... Curious if by sight, anyone has ideas or recommendations on how to proceed before dumping...

    High Calcium Hardness - Stains - Well Water

    Sorry - copper was my conclusion, not the pool stores. The Jack's Magic kit resulted in the O2 Shock leaving a yellow/ornage stain on pool, which was identified in the instructions as copper. No other source for water besides the afternoon rains we get every summer. Picture attached, I think.

    Did not test with my own kit - did so in the past, and this store's results were spot on to my own testing. That said - liquid chlorine, + tabs. Home water is well - calcium harness is at 200

    Looking for a second opinion. In ground pool - diamond bright finish is 7 years old. Home water is well - calcium harness is at 200+ total Chlorine 6 (just shocked - was at normal levels last week) free chlorine 6 (just shocked - was at normal levels last week) pH 7.6 Total Alk 100 Calcium...
