Recently my 1.5HP super pump lost an impeller so it was serviced and a new seal kit was installed with the new impeller. Now the pump is leaking between the seal plate and motor mount plate, leaking as in a small stream of water. Had a pool service tech come out and he tightened the bolts...

I'm away on travel but my wife just dropped me a message to say our liner has a huge bubble in it and the pool water is down below the skimmer. Offhand it sounds like a liner leak of some kind, a significant one at that. I'm reaching out because the pool liner was installed about three years...

Now I'm wondering if there is more required, I went to order the programmer and at $99 it states the following "no software included - replacement hardware only". It's a minimum of $150 more for any software, I'm on hold now since I'm not sure which way to go with this.

I haven't actually tried it yet but if I read it right the firmware programmer itself comes with the software, this is the $99 dollar device linked to in the initial post.

That is spooky timing, I've been looking around for weeks and calling everyone I know.. It was written after I posted mine, assume it was done to make sure it floats up as a thread.

I have had a very hard time finding local service centers able to flash Pentair Intellitouch systems. It's surprising because I looked up dealers that perform service on Pentair automation equipment and aside from one that said they should have the hardware but they don't I struck out...

Thanks for all of the help.. I assumed that a 3 port actuator may allow three configurable stops giving me what I was looking for but it sounds like a 3 port simply can rotate 180 vs. 90 degrees with the same 2 stops total.

Thanks for the help, this will help shed some light on the possibilities. I will wait to order until you post and it sounds like it may save me some trial and error.

I am adding actuators to my pool to control the skimmer and main drain returns normally I will just open and close them but at times I want to control flow a little more with say one an additional setting for a partial open or close. Not sure if it matters but assuming Jandy 2 way valves are...
