Storing Chemicals in (hot) North Texas

As a new pool owner, I'm just wondering where people store their pool chemicals (location, keep this away from this, etc.). Since I live in North Texas, I know the temperature will soon get very hot. Thanks,

    Purchasing chemicals, where?

Thanks, now for the big question. My pool was filled over last weekend and my PB guy came out on Monday afternoon and added some chemicals (not sure all what he added) and put us through pool school. Thus, last night (Wed) I tested the water. I had 0 chlorine and the Ph was low. I texted the...

As a brand new pool owner (pool just got filled on Monday), I am wondering where people purchase their supplies. If you can tell me where and what brand you buy for the following, I would appreciate it: 6% bleach. borax. baking soda. calcium chloride dihydrate. stabilizer. Thanks,

Oklahoma Flagstone Coping concern and ?

We have Oklahoma flagstone coping around our new pool build. (see pic below) I have heard that it can "flake" off. If anyone has OK flagstone, experience with it, etc., would you recommend sealing it prior to plastering? If yes, what did you use/recommend? Thanks,

Crazy Texas weather. We've been waiting to plaster for about 2 weeks now. We are now scheduled for the 18th of March.

    Plaster vs Pebbletec vs...?

I would suggest a quartz finish. It lasts much longer than the white plaster and it is very soft on the feet. For price, it is usually in between plain plaster and a pebble tec/sheen.
