But now this summer it has developed several tiny holes and while easily patched it tends to get deflated at times. Sine the hot tub really helps my...

Another year of opening the pool to crystal clear water !!!

Once again - thank you TFP !!! Just took the cover off our pool - and as always - every year the water is crystal clear !!! Of course the water temp is only 62 degrees right now - but the weather is supposed to be warm next week so I hope the pool will heat up.

    New inflatable hottub question...

My sister gave me a Coleman inflatable hottub for Christmas. Since we live in NJ, we didn't set it up until yesterday. My question is - do I test the water every day like I do with my AGP and then just add bleach accordingly or do I have to do something different since it is a hottub?

Planning on opening ours next weekend, 5/21/16. Hoping the weather will be warmer by then. It's in the 50s here now. :(

    drop in steps keep floating

Although we have different steps, it's the same principle - we filled empty bleach bottles with sand and tied them to the steps. Works perfectly. We also have a pad under our steps.

Hmmmmm... The exact same thing happened to us 2 years ago with our town. Took months to get the permit approved. Must be a "Jersey Thing". :(

    Above ground pool stairs

Also we did not fill the steps with sand. We filled empty bleach bottles with sand and tied them to the steps. This works perfectly to hold the steps in place. We do have a pad in the pool under the steps.
