Any ideas on this? No warning messages on Pool Pilot display (indicates 73%), but water check reads chlorine level at 0. Pool water looks just fine. Did some troubleshooting, tested and found voltage too low (1 V), but amperage is OK (5 Amps). Tech says unit voltage should be between 17 &...
