Took it apart with my brother today and discovered it just needs a new shaft seal. I’ve looked everywhere though for where to purchase replacement from intex and cannot find it. I have the 3000 gph sand filter- anyone know what size that one needs???

Here are the specs I don’t have any of the packaging etc to get warranty covered.

Help! We live in front of farmland and found tons and tons and tons of dead gnats all on the bottom of the pool. How in the world do I clean these out? Will the filter eventually filter them out or do I need to vacuum them out to waste?

Ended up taking it back. Too expensive to take chances!!! Hooked up new one and so far so good but I guess we'll see. Fingers crossed!

It hasn't had any sand in the last week since the original two dumpings and I've been running it nightly. Not sure what to do---if I should just return and get new pump to be safe or cross fingers it worked itself out. I'm using correct sand.

Hooked up brand new sand pump with brand new pool and noticed sand in the bottom after attempting to backwash. Realized hoses were connected incorrectly so we fixed it. Ran pump several days later and more sand is back. Help!!!! It's right under the port that send water back in.

Some definitely came out the in hole but it never stopped coming out. I never checked to see if water was going into the pool though. I only thought that could be the case when I saw all the sand sitting right under the one port.
