Well I noticed that my PSI dropped from 18 to 8 after cleaning the filter, and the return jet is really pushing water now. I'm still keeping the TC at 20. CC has been at 0..so now I'm just letting the baby run. Will hold off on changing or adding sand.

Yes only mine is blue..When I purchased the pool it came with baquacil..so on the paper work it says 26" baquashield filter..I'm doing a search now, but not finding anything. I actually found the pdf you just linked to..it says 200lbs..I do not remember purchasing that much sand.
