My background is construction, energy efficiency, mechanical with heavy HVAC and automation. I have over 30 years of experience and would consider myself a jack of many trades with a constant curiosity to learn how things work looking for the optimal way. I believe in and have a passion for value investments balancing cost, effectiveness and longevity. Low cost and poor quality is not my game. I value and enjoy perspectives and appreciate open minded individuals looking to learn and advance our causes. My commercial Design Build Energy Efficiency background has some occasional work with commercial pools mostly around pumping, heating, lighting and the HVAC for Natatoriums. I am on this forum primarily interested in residential pools including the 2nd one personally that has opened my eyes to the lack of advancement, knowledge and quality commitment in the pool building industry. We should work together to help people get a better pool building and ownership experience. This is a luxury purchase for many and one of the most expensive they will make. It should be an experience that brings joy.
