Could not agree more, Duraleigh! I am loving being in control of my pool and it has Never looked better. For a fraction of the cost, I might add! eventually she will see the light, and I’ll be there to help her out!

Update! pool service showed up today and was miffed! He was going to let the ‘pollen’ fall to the bottom and vacuum it out! Ooops! We’ll see how long her pool stays clear, if at all, after the vacuum!

How is CYA lost? I was under the impression that the only way to lower CYA was to drain, or be turned to ammonia?
