Thank you for the response. The circupool control that we have got water it in it last year and shorted the unit. We had to buy a new one so we're looking to enclose it.

To clarify I'm looking for advice on the controller location, not the actual cell.

We have a 35k gallon pool with vinyl liner and are wanting to buy a robotic pool cleaner. We have a sand filter. The various kinds available are overwhelming and would love advice on which to purchase. The pool goes from 4 ft to 8 ft with a gradual drop.

We just finished the SLAM process and want to convert to a SWG. The generator is installed and ready. CYA is 30 and all other numbers are perfect. Do I need to raise cya to 70 and add salt at the same time. I’m worried about having cya so high and just don’t want to get stuck with a high...

Tested after 15 min and it held at 13. So there must be some CYA because I thought it had 0 so Slam is at 10 with our numbers.

Put in 4 gallons of chlorine 2 hours ago bringing FC to 10. Test results 2 hrs later are FC 1 CC 1 TA 90 PH 7.1 So do I add CYA now and start slam? Sun is down.

That's what I'm not sure about. Won't any chlorine added just be used up without CYA in there to hold it?
