Hi Dave, The hose doesn't have any swivels in them. There's only a swivel cone & bearing that's attached to the top of the Kreepy Krauly — the rest of the hose is just male/female connections.

No, it definitely doesn't! No handles that stick out on it or anything. You're supposed to just be able to twist it counterclockwise to unscrew it but this thing won't even budge. Not sure if trying to apply lubricant would help...
