Great thanks... from reading posts on this forum many talk about the stabilizer being a solid (putting it in a sock and sticking it in the skimmer). If I remember what I saw at Walmart, the HTH is a bottle of powder. Is there really any difference?

I agree about the Frog System; however, the pool has only been open for about 10 days plus we just got about 3 inches of rain in the last two days.

OK so last night I put in 2 lbs of shock (Calcium hypochlorite) and I just checked and the spots seem to have disappeared (pheww!!!) SO here are my tests: pH - 7.4 TA - 150 FC - 1.5 CH - 300 CYA - 0 Total Gallons: 13500 In kind of shocked that the CYA is so low. (I'm running the Frog System)...

So I just drop the Vitamin C tablet on the stain on the liner and leave it there? How long should I wait? Same question with the Chlorine puck?
