Noisy NEW pump

Issues with slime
Sorry about so few details. Fairly new to this, so I don't know what's important. The spa is fairly new, installed in October. The water in the photo is only a week old. I'm using HASA hi-temp spa oxidizer ( potassium monopersulfate). Frustrated as heck!- Langdon
