Just had the same problem with my 380. Remove the bag and look down the throat at the jets. Mine had little pieces of plastic debris stuck in the jets. I tried using a long piece of wire to try and dislodge the debris but after multiple failed attempts, ended up disassembling and cleaning. FYI...

Sounds to me like you have 2 separate 'air' circuits, likely 5 jets each, and you've got one or more fully or partially plugged jets on the 2nd blower 'circuit'. The plugged jet(s) are causing an increase in water pressure sufficient to cause water to back up the venturi into the air circuit and...
