    Thank you for your responses. I believe my cover should be here today. In order to get the pool up to about 85 degrees, I guess I am not sure if I should run the pool pump and heat pump 24/7 or just run it during what would have been normal pump hours (for us would be 7 a.m. until 10 or 11 pm)...

    I did talk to the guys at poolheatpumps.com and I think we have decided to get the Rome Solarium heat pump. Hopefully this is a good choice. If anyone has info - good or bad on the Solarium heat pump let me know.
