Wiring 12V pool lights to Omni system

Thank you for the info. I’m going to have my electrician run the 120V to the HVR. I can handle everything else going to lights that’s low voltage.

Wiring 12V pool lights to Omni system

So am I breaking rules/code if I don’t use the knock outs and run my 12V wiring thru the low voltage channel and up and over to the HVR? Or am I still playing with fire? Haha

Wiring 12V pool lights to Omni system

I just had my pool installed. Electrician wired up my low voltages transformer for my 3 Hayward color logic lights. I’m trying to finish everything else. My question is - am I only dealing with 12V low voltages to finish this install? Can I run a 12V wires to a high voltage relay on my Omni...

Did you do cantelever edge? Bc the styafoam coping forms go into the liner track. So you can’t have a liner popped in there before the forms go in. Everybody around my area does liner and water absolutely last thing before filling up. I don’t see a way to fill with water while backfilling the walls…

I also don’t understand how some people install the liners/water before pouring decking? Does it depend on the coping you go with?

Finished my pool floor. What can I use to sand down the vermiculite? I assume using a soft pad but which grit? Any advice would be great. Also- can I put foam padding in the slope and deep end? Or only flat surfaces? Only 6’ deep end

After looking at the invoice and seeing how the 2 pack of main drains cost me $81 I’m going to install them. I see a very good case for both sides of the main drain debate. My biggest concern is the cooler water staying in the bottom and warmer water on top not being circulated as much. I’ll...

I'm going with 2 wide mouth skimmer and 4 returns and 2 main drains. If i delete the main drains i might add another return or two just to be safe. This is a non diving pool so the deep end will only be 6' deep. Thanks for the info!
