    it bubbled...I'll scrape it off to see whats under there, but it looks like rust....there was a gel like substance leaking from it as well.

    Shelf for drinks

    I bought everything at Lowes for around $20. The container is a bit flimsy, so I'll try to find a better one for the next build. I will also try a different paint. Everything was glued with PVC cement.
