A question for anyone here with a Sharkline Heritage 24' Round

Our current pool took a beating this winter, and I have decided to just remove & replace it rather than trying to salvage it. I've read a lot of good comments from people with the Heritage so I plan to purchase the 24' round this spring. I found someone selling pool fencing from an un-named 24'...

    24 Round - DE Filter/Pump size Question

I just started running a Hayward EC50AC (25 sq.ft.) DE filter with a 1HP Matrix pump this season. So far I'm very pleased. I was running a Hayward E-200 (200lb.) sand filter w/1HP Power-flo LX previously and can see the difference in water clarity, especially at night with the aqualuminator on.

Help with reinstalling Hayward DE filter "belly clamp"??

Your welcome! The only reason I knew was because I just picked up a pre-owned Hayward EC50AC this past weekend. I have been going through it and the pump before switching out my old 200lb sand filter. I've got a feeling I'm going to be asking some questions soon, and hope to get some timely...

Help with reinstalling Hayward DE filter "belly clamp"??

I have the same type of filter (EC50) and the nut on mine is a long threaded tube with a hex head on the end that threads inside the spring. I think that may be your problem. Part #6 below.
