I tried to fix the leak issue I had by removing the flowmeter T, and using some #5 Pipe Sealant... it still leaked... so I followed dmanb2b's suggestion of Oatey's Great White Pipe Compound... With the Great White the T was able to tighten up far more than it had with Teflan tape or the Yellow...

I ran it for 4 hours today and made some good chlorine... 2.5-3 ppm in that time..

I wish that Sams Club would sell larger boxes of Borax... they already sell the 3 bottle pack of Clorox, the big bags of Baking Soda... who can we ask at Sams to carry the Borax in Ginormous boxes.

I got a 2700+ reading this morning after 30 minutes of bottom sucking.... $2.50 of tests down... I am afraid to add another bag, if I just need more circulation to get the ppm up...
