If I do connect a channel with drainage pipe to the backwash pipe, could there be any problems in the the future?

How do I go about finding out if there are pipes or lines in area that needs to be cut?

I think I may have caused some confusion and should have called it the backwash drainage pipe that only shows water when I backwash the pool filter and water comes out properly when I backwash it. My problem is lack of place for water to go at that part of the patio when it rain and it begins...

That was straight rain and it was raining heavy. In a light rain it puddles up there but has never overflowed over to the pool before until today with the heavier rain

Great, I will try multiple layers as well and give it a go and if not just redo it. Also, when I run the pump at the lower speeds the pressure guage on filter is much lower and wondering if that is normal? With my previous single speed pump it was between 10-15 PSI and I would backwash at 20...

If I am correct pressure is the plumbing after the pump? This connection is right after the pump before it hits filter.
