Hi, The pins have snapped on the ring the holds the bulb housing. I have purchased a new ring…. To install do I need to drain the water below the light or can I do it under water? Not sure how the ring holds the liner Thank You in advance for the help !!

I can confirm it was the user interface. Replaced and started up perfectly I took apart the old one.. defect was pretty obvious (photo attached) Thank You for the help
