    If your CYA is too high it will keep FC longer/better than normal. Also how is your SWCG sized to your pool? I bought mine oversized on purpose and run it at 10-20% most of the year.

    This may not help, but I have used "Concentrated" Clorox before. Listed as 8.35% instead of 6.25%. As previously stated, be sure the sodium hypochloarte % is listed and there are no added frills (scented etc). Regards,

    conrad, The RJ45 seems the right size for your pool. Always oversize so you do not have to run 100%. I run mine at 20-30% depending on use. FC stays at 3-5 ppm.

    For what it is worth, my strip readings and my SWG indicated (digital readout) readings are usually within 100 ppm of each other. By my standards, that is pretty good. (3%+/-)
