    Yeah, I can thank Leslies for that great piece of advice. I assume I’ll be adding quite a bit of chlorine (checking every 12 hours) until the CYA starts coming up? That normal?

    Dumped the conditioner it into the skimmers. Took about an hour to suck all of it through. I’m assuming most of it sitting in the filter at this point slowly dissolving.

    I should also mention that when I questioned him in all of this, the PE got the pentair rep on the phone with us. Pentair said it was a “good thing he did for you because the SCG will fail at some point”. Presumably because chlorine is being pumped though it. 🤦‍♂️
