Which is the only reason I considered them as their list price for the IC60 was $400 less than anyone else and I'm unemployed.

They did not and have no contact info other than their listed snail mail address. Dodged a bullet on this one methinks. Should have been a clue when I looked at their shipping policies before ordering and the first part of what showed on the page was the info for the webmaster instructing them...

Only gave them my email and ship to address as the shipping cost came before any financial info could be entered. Good thing it appears!

The company I went with sent me a danged "back ordered" notice that I didn't see within the 72 hours they request you cancel the order in and they have zero estimate for when they believe they will get them back in stock. This totally sucks!! I don't understand why these e-tailers list products...

We actually have a flow switch we thought we needed at one point and would try that if the diagnostics weren't indicating its life is 100% used up. Thanks for the good advice!

Well it turned out to be a dead end. Signed up for an account per their reqs, put the swcg in my cart, went to check out/get shipping estimate only to get a pop-up saying "An item in your cart can not be shipped to the address listed". Infuriating! Tried a 2nd time just to be sure with same...

That was my thought about getting the IC60...our 40 runs at 100% pretty much April thru mid September in combination with our solar which runs about 12 hours a day. Should be able to decrease the amount of time a day by 3-4 hours so it should last a bit longer in theory 🤞
