I did open up the impeller. Nothing in there. The water level was about 3 inches too high. Could having that much water in there effect it?

I should say i cleared the intake lines and the problem still continued.

Hello, I have a 36,000 gallon inground pool. My local store is recommending a weekly treatment of 3lbs of Bioguard Smartshock for maintenance. Does anyone know if this is necessary or if there is a cheaper alternative that people use on a weekly basis? PH 7.5 TA 110 CL .4 ppm CYA 4 0ppm

If there is not a fiber cable in there, am i safe to shut off all the electricity and unscrew it out of the socket?
