After

I have attached before and after photos of our pool. I repaired walls, vermiculite, repainted coping, measured and installed new liner, repaired return line, and that's where we are at this point. I would like input on what surround may look best. Planning 20 x 14 beach area for kids to play...

Here is after walls epoxied and vermiculite repair. As well as coping painted with primer and texture paint. Verm bottom left -right before liner install.

I ordered liner from SPP. I got mountain top gunite. Will post pics. Before and after.

Those pics are first looking from wall straight down second across left side where hopper wall has crumbled away. Most concerning is floor where the verm is wet in squishy in shallow end. You can see the water running down slope at wall seem.

Reply We plan a well point at deep end on side with water. It looks as if the ground water is penetrating at wall floor seem. WE have mole crickets coming in at steel wall seems where the duct tape is off. I already scrapped and wire brushed walls for rust. I removed old duct tape to do this...

I would really appreciate advice. These are the questions only a builder can answer. Did I post in wrong section? Under construction seems appropriate. Are there any users that build on here?

The niche may be old sp0507 niche. They make new abs trim. It's 12 outer 10 3/4 in inner dia. If you drill out n try self tap let me know how it went. Use longer self tap if possible to ensure tight niche trim.
