It doesn’t look any different so a photo won’t help. It just leans really far to one side and bows out when we use it. It didn’t do that the first 2 years. I called confer, nothing they can do since we didn’t buy it from them.

Does yours flex and move when you get on it? The part that is in the pool slides out quite a bit when we get on it.

I was looking at the confer 7200. I see the steps are 5 by 18”. So is the top platform only 18” wide as well?
