Still really like mine as well. Only need to run it 3-4 times per week depending on how much wind we have. Didn't think I'd care for the remote but it is nice to use to "drive" the robot to small sections that may have been missed.

I love mine so far. Since I don't have a lot of leaves right now, I only have to run it approx. 3 time a week. The real test will be in the fall. Good luck and let us know how you like it.

I also bought the Z5 from Epic but before I did, I sent an email to Maytronics and they replied stating they would honor the warranty. Only issue I could see in their response was that I would have to ship it to a repair center.

I just pour a whole 40 lb bag in a 5 gallon bucket, put it on a step that allows the top of the bucket to be lower than the water level, stick in a garden hose and turn it on. Takes about 5 mins to dissolve it all. Except for rain, the only time I need to add salt, I also need to add water, so...

Added acid the past 2 days plus aerated using my spa blower and TA is down to 80 so far. I plan to drop it a little more since I will be adding borax next week. PH is still low at 7.2 but with the SWG and blower it should come back to normal tomorrow. I re-checked the CH and it is at 600-625...

Thanks for the advise. I'll use pool math the bring down the ph with acid and then aerate to bring the ph back up.
