Ok, that's confusing. What is the formula for calculating hour energized?

What has a bigger impact on the life of a cell, run time or what percent the cell is run at? IE: is it better to run 3 hours a day at 60% or 6 hours a day at 30%? These are just numbers pulled out of thin air, but hopefully will explain the question better.
