Well you're right. Today it's grown twice as bad. I put my ECO salt water system in booster mode as well as added Blast (non chlorine pool shock). I was going to go use the pool vacuum and suck it up and use the brush to break it up but now I'm kinda wanting to leave it and see what will kill it...

Its like a fine dirt or pollen. I use the pool test strips. I'm still very new to all this chemistry so please forgive my ignorance. If it is pollen (which I think it is, why isn't my pump / filter picking that up?

I'm saying if I use my current system and just by pass the pump and filter ... since its an all in one... won't the pump try to run without any water going to it if I put the hose direction from the sand filter to where that elbow is?.... so then the pump would be trying to run and pump with no...
