So it looks like I should add a gallon jug of bleach. Is the bleach all added at one time or limited amounts over a certain time period. Do I just POUR it in anywhere or near or away from the skimmer basket? How long do I wait to retest? If I add a gallon of bleach all at one time...

The chlorinator is a tablet feeder

Our 27' pool is finally up. We filled it with city water by garden hose over a 24 hour period. Since then I've been waiting for my Taylor test kit to arrive to begin using the BBB method. During that time (~ 1 week) it has only been treated with the chlorinator. Here are my test results...

We were fortunate that our development plan called for a HOA, but when all the homes were built and it was to be taken over by the neighborhood, we all voted to NOT have an HOA! YAY! So my point is that it's an option!

Hello everyone, I'm relatively new here and am wondering if someone could help me identify the make or model of this pool. It came with the house that a co-worker bought and he has asked us if we'd like to take it away. He believes it is 27' or 28' round x 4 ' deep. He is not sure of it's age...

I've seen a number of mentions of using a shop vac to set the liner. Can anyone provide any details on how this is done? What is the process? I looked through Pool School but didn't find it. Maybe I missed it.

Re: Big Mistake - UPDATE. Does this info make any differen This is a 24 ft round above ground. Looking for options if there are any other than dismantling the pool entirely.
