    Intex 2650 Pump Strainer Cover

    Use a strap wrench, even a home made one will work. Make it out of an old leather belt or rubber bungee cord. Google strap wrench if you are unfamiliar with the term

    Another pool mod, sort of.

    I did something very similar, we needed something better than the ladder but didn't have the funds this year for full deck. I used the ladder for the steps up the deck and the other half was bolted to the deck to get in and out of the pool. It's amazing how much sturdier the cheap ladder is...

    What to do with that old intex skimmer?

    Okay i am new to the pool world, what is the reason for this if one already has a thru the wall skimmer? does this add to the skimming??

    Intex 18X48 filter, plumbing upgrade/relocation project.

    We are going to want to see some pics of this, i have bent PVC for other projects (kids bows) but not with the intention to use the pvc to still hold water. please post some pics of thsi newly bent pipe.

    We had the exact problem, the grey cap needs to be tightend, i didnt think it could be either at first but that is what needs to happen. Having a shut off is very benificial.

    sinking pool legs

    I had this problem and I took a 2x4 and put it on top of a jack tight against the top of the leg and jacked it up and put the paver under it, worked surprisingly well.
