It was both the liner and pool its self. The owner of the installation company came today and said yes it was 3 inches off and the liner wasnt stretched properly. So new liner now and the leveled it. I'm so very happy now!

So this shows how off the liner was plus the fact it was unlevel made it look even worse. I tend to be OCD so it would have drove me CRAZY. Is it unrealistic expectations to have the liner straight with the design? The other picture is where it shows that it was off track and leaking.

They are coming out tomorrow to pump it and basically start over with a new liner as well. Im out the cost of refilling it again though so I'm going to talk to them about the cost of the water. I'm trying to find the pictures from my phone to show how bad it was!

I ordered the intex liner and then realized that I might need to call and get an ETA. If I said the lady at Intex made me mad.. that would be an understatement. The most unhelpful person I have dealt with in a while. And I work in finance so I deal with people all day long!
