I'm having trouble cleaning my soft-sided pool at the curve where the wall meets the floor. I think I had algae...shocked then vacuumed to waste...but the hard-to-reach corner is still dirty. I've done my best to brush, let it settle, then vacuum again, but I can't brush it all off. Do I need to...

I think you nailed it! I worked to get the skimmer full (I think it was a combo of the lid not being fully tightened and my vacuum hose being old and taped together), and everything seems to be working. Thank you so much!!

Yes, I did notice that the water level was low in the skimmer basket part of the pump. What should I try?
