Thank you. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what my test strips say b/c my SWG won't produce chlorine if it doesn't read between 3000-4000 ppm. This cell isn't even a year old, so I'm concerned it's defective. I'll have to run a sample up to the pool store and see what they recommend.

My SWG has been flashing "high salt". I have been draining water & adding fresh all wknd. Last night it read 4500 ppm. I got up this morning and it jumped back up to 4900 ppm. How could I have more salt than 12 hours prior, when none has been added? Not to mention, my test strips show my salt...
