The picture is really hard to see. It is on the walls in the shade and sun side (it does not get much shade), it brushes off without much effort, the chemical levels have been at normal range all year and water is crystal clear. I will brush it off and it will reappear in a day or two.

Pavilion looks great! Are you getting sick of the construction process yet? I have a couple of things to finish up on mine, but i end up spending the workable days in the pool instead of working around it.

I waited till late July, the PB seem to charge less to keep their guys working. I know i saved 2,500 on the fence project because of the time of year. Good Luck!

Thanks! Pool = $33k decking = $1200, 300' was included with the pool retaining wall = $1100 but i did the work myself. (i had a quote for 4,500) Fence for 1/2 acre = $6,500 i also had an aluminum fence put in around the pool that cost $3,400 Prob another 1k for grading and landscaping (done...

Still finishing up some landscaping, the weather has been terrible when i have time to work on it. I will post some pics soon.

I was having problems getting our 360 running properly and found this video. It sounds like your getting too much pressure and it's backing up into your system. Did you check your RPMs? they need to be between 28-32 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7OlwXHEHCw

The PB installed a nature 2 with the pool. Mine has it's own Tablet feeder, but the cartridge installs after the chlorinator... last thing before the return valve. I don't use the cartridge so cant speak on it's durability.

I am on day 10 after start up of a new build. Water looks clear, no CC smell, problem is... i can't get the chlorine to read above .5 . I am using trichlor to start with, so CYA is getting added slowly. I doubled the recommended flow through the chlorinator but still no budge... does the sun...
