    Re: liquid chlorine tank/pump installer in dallas-ft worth area I bought an electric timer at Lowes for outdoor use. I manually set it using the start/stop inserts. I typically set it to start an hour after the circulation pump starts and make sure it is off before the pump stops. Works great.

    Borates are 50 ppm. Pool is 1 year old with Pebble Sheen.

    Having to add 16oz acid almost daily. Current test values: FC=7; CC=0; pH=8; TA=75; CH=260; CYA=45. I just recently went to liquid chlorine addition and am adding .25 gal/day via a Stenner pump. I add it all in a 2 hour period and everything is great except pH. I do have waterfalls and bubblers...

    Will do. It was really very simple. I am still playing with how much chlorine to add daily. Right now I am at .25 gal/day and I am algae free but I think I'll have to up it to be certain.
