    If any thing there is to much suction

    Navigator doesn' move

    Hayward navigator sits on bottom of pool. Replaced flaps, wings, a-frame, turbine and bearings, shoes, changed suction. The pods and turbine move freely til it hits the bottom. Any sugestions?
