Has anyone ever hired their own subcontractors to remodel their pool? I have a 75' X 12' x 3' lap pool. I need to put new gunite or quartz finish, re-tile water edge, put new coping in (there was non to start with which seemed to be the root of problems) and probably pull up and re-lay slate...
