It feels like a rough sand paper. The surface is just not slick like a finished concrete, it is more like open pores. Was going to use a hand sander. A large floor sander would be faster but i think it would remove to much material too fast. Thanks. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Does the bond wire inside the conduit get attached to the lug on the pump with the rest of the bonding or does it get attached to the ground bar inside the transformer. Thanks again. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
