Thanks for all your replies. It looks like everything will be worked out. I got a copy of their dimensions and found the pool was measured 2 inches longer than it actually was. Told the pool guy and so he is going too have a rep from the liner company come out in a couple of weeks to decide what...

Checked with the liner company and they aren't not interested in dealing with the pool owners. They said the warranty only covers their seems so the aren't worried about how it is installed. I wanted too try to determine if this is fixable so I asked if I could get the dimensions they were...

When we swim water gets behind the liner where they didn't fix the loose track. I guess the didn't use adhesive on the wall foam. This is the biggest curvature area. Not as bad of a curvature but in a shallow narrow area so I am pretty sure they can't find enough slack to remove it. The...

Right, there is an air gap under the liner at the edges if the floor. Some edges have little to no gap and others have maybe 2 to 4 inches as a radius seems too be measured. The installer said it wouldn't affect the integrity of the liner.

I have square floor wall joints. Can anyone tell me if the liner should for tight like what I drew at top of this image, or have be rounded with a gap like mine are? They are telling me it is okay but it doesn't seem right to me.

The pool folks still think they can fix it. They want too drain all the water back out. That would be fine if I had confidence in what they are saying. Let me ask this: my pool has square floor to wall joins, but the liner seem in most places is 2 too 3 inches out in the floor. Is that normal? I...

Yeah it it a custom liner. It certainly looks like it's measured wrong to me. We are hoping they are willing to make it right without things getting ugly. Sigh.

So it is in now. There are some wrinkles that the installer still plans to work out. But I am worried about the stairs. The stairs have excess material in some spots and are stretched away from the sides in others. He doesn't set to think it will be problem really. I am concerned that it will...

Right, their sub. And today the delivery truck with the foam broke down. Maybe tomorrow it will be abducted by aliens just as it is pulling up to their store.

Sort of got it figured out yesterday. We are really only dealing with / paying a local pool place. We did half payment up front. It turns out that delays we are experiencing are the fault of the pool place, not the contractor. For example (not the only holdup), the current hold up is missing...

Thanks for the responses. If the contractor ever comes back to finish the job I'll watch for wrinkles for sure.

If he gets the bead all stuffed in, is there anything I should look for when it is done that would kinda indicate something that would become a problem after a couple of seasons?

This pool was originally built by a farmer with a dream. The ladder is hard set in the concrete, not removable.

Installer says he can work in the slack (in bead to right if ladder) . I am skeptical. If it doesn't work I'll have wasted a lot if money on water. Thoughts?
