I was told by a neighbor that it may be advantageous for me to have a separate gas meter for my pool since I am heating both my spa and pool with 400000 btu gas heater. Does anyone know why?

Does the gunite still have to be watered in the wintertime to help with curing? My build is in a suburb of Memphis. PB said you shouldn't have to and he uses a 7 bag mix.
