You can pay to have the scale soda blasted - at about $5.00 a foot or buy about five pumice stones and do 5-10 tiles every time you swim. It's a good workout too!

Hello! Recently bought a foreclosed home with a neglected, but very nice, pool. Been working on patching up some Kool Deck, removing a thick layer of scale on the tile and will be repainting the Kool Deck as well. Looking forward to the collective knowledge on here.
