Thanks for the help here. I have confirmed I have power to the light so must be a bad light. I reached out to our pool builder inquiring about length of warranty. He stated warranty was good till end of year. Pool was installed in 2019. Looks like we will be getting a replacement thank goodness.

Looks like I have the 12v unit as I see a transformer between the easytouch and the light wiring.

I thought that may be it too, but I have 4 other sleeves around the deck that have 1 1/2" threaded tops. This one is 4", seems excessive for an umbrella, no? Thanks,

Any ideas what this would be? It is 4" pvc, cemented into the deck. I cleaned it out and there is a steel rod that sits on the bottom. You can see where it is in relation to my skimmer basket. Thanks, Daren
