when your TA gets below 80
then lower your PH to 7.8
the lower you take your PH the quicker it will rise
my pool has stabilized at TA 40 and PH 7.8
maybe 1 or 2 cups of acid per year

the only draw back to TFP clear is that you can see every spot on the floors and walls
much clearer than slightly blurry water
try to brush at least once per day
ph tests false high when fc is above 10
maintaining a high fc for a prolonged period can have a small lowering effect on cya, within the range of testing error
brushing the algae can upset the clarity of the water
