Ok, great news. I added 10ppm liquid chlorine and tested 30 minutes later and it measured 9.5ppm. That makes sense to me because the chlorine I was using was a little on the old side so it probably wasn’t a true 10ppm that I added. So my next step is to add stabilizer. What’s the best way to...
